Gites with pool - Grenier cottage at La Grange du MoulinOne of 6 family holiday cottages with two heated pools in sw France Exclusively for families.Family holiday cottage Grenier sleeps 6 people in 3 bedrooms. On the ground floor there is an open plan living and dining area and a medium sized kitchen at the front. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, 4 ring gas hob, worktop electric oven/grill, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle and all the basic crockery and cutlery for a comfortable child friendly self catering holiday. An open tread, cast iron spiral staircase takes you to the first floor (stair barriers bottom and top) There you will find a double bedroom and a single bedroom, both with draws and hanging space. There is a modern bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and basin, with plenty of hot water and good pressure.. The stairs continue to the second floor - a large open plan loft bedroom with 3 single beds. There is a small wardrobe and 2 sets of draws. We recommend that this room is used by older children who are able to safely descend the spiral staircase to access the bathroom at night, or by a child in a crib. There is a stair gate available. A travel cot fits in each of the bedrooms and there is also a wooden cot on the spacious landing.The family holiday gite has a small patio to the front and rear. The outside dining table and chairs are located at the front.The charcoal BBQ is to the rear with a wooden table and chairs for two. This gite is next to the lane. The track is very quiet - used only by our guests and our neighbours, and there is a gate which may only be used occasionally by our guests on arrival - at other times it is locked. The family cottage was originally used as a granary. It has stone walls on all 3 floors.The thick stone walls create a cellar-like effect and in the heat of summer the cottage is a welcome escape from the midday sun. Like Papillon gite at La Grange du Moulin, it is quite a dark house. It has a good view of the enclosed play garden,Cot, high chair, booster seat, changing mat, toys and books, stair gates, potty and toilet seat, plastic crockery and cutlery, step and hand blender are standard items in all cottages.
